Dear Mr. Anderson:
As Co-Executor of the Jones Estate, we filed the RCC-33 forms and the
Debts and Deductions within nine months of Mrs. Jones' death. A tax
calculation was submitted with the returns. This calculation was
intended to be our election to pay taxes on present interests and to
prepay the tax due on all future interests. A check for the balance
of the taxes due (an estimate had been paid October 23, 1978) was
deliver 0 the Register of Wills at the time the returns were filed.
