ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, June 17, 1982, on consideration of the attached
petition together with Exhibits No. 1 and No. 2 which were offered
into evidence in a hearing on a prior petition filed in the Orphans'
Court Division of this court to the Estates of Roland Children,
232 Orphans' Court 1978, which are appended to the said petition;
Commonwealth National Bank, Administrator of the Estate of Robert
W. Roland, Sr., deceased is authorized to borrow from the Commercial
Division of the Commonwealth National Bank the sum of $22,000.00
together with legal interest thereon, principal and interest accrued
due and payable within two years and evidenCedby demand note and to
collateralize said loan with the premise situated at 607 Magaro Road,
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and the
verdict rendered in a suit brought in the Common Pleas Court of
Dauphin County in an action docketed to No. 2968S of 1978. In view
of the fact that the expenses were incurred in the above suit brought
in Dauphin County court, which court will have full authority to
make distribution of any funds eventually paid on a judgment entered
in the suit, this order shall not be considered as a determination
that the expenses incurred were necessary in the prosecution of the
action, or that they were properly or actually expended because it
would be improper for this court to usurp the authority and prerog-
atives of the trial court.
