NOW TO WIT, MAR. 4 19~ , came into Court LOIS B. COPELAND. SENIOR TRUST
OFFICER. THE COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK. GUARDIAN
and presented an account and statement of proposed distrubution,
which were examined, passed, approved, and confirmed with a balance in his hands of $ 32.498. 74
and the accountant was directed to distribute said balance in accordance with the
statement of distribution filed.

PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
The distributive share of principal and income, and the person
entitled thereto is as follows:

Proposed to be distributed to David G. Roland -- $32,498.74.
Commonwealth National Bank was appointed Guardian of the Estate
of David G. Roland, a minor, by Order dated May 2, 1978 entered to
No. 232 Orphans 1978.
No other Court has jurisdiction of any matter relating to this
guardianship.
The fund now before the Court is not subject to payment of any
inheritance tax to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This is a second and final account of the Guardian, a first and
partial account having been filed on May 1, 1982.
The account filed is occasioned by the attaining of majority of
David G. Roland on October 1, 1985.

David G. Roland is the only person having an interest in the
said guardianship funds although a claim has been filed by the
Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company for
worker's compensation benefits paid to the Guardian filed to No.
1356-8-1985, Court of Common Pleas, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
No notice of the first and partial account was given to Pennsylvania
Manufacturer's Association Insurance Company because no claim was
asserted by them until August 29, 1984.
Notice of the filing of the account have been given to David
G. Roland and the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance
Company.
There are no questions to be adjudicated.
No share of the interest of David G. Roland has been assigned
or attached.
Your Petitioner, therefore, asks that distribution be awarded
to the person, David G. Roland, as his interest may appear.
