CONFIRMATION OF PRIOR DISTRIBUTION
The distributive share of principal and income previously
distributed and the person entitled thereto is as follows:

Distributed to Christine A. Roland -- $48,405.16.
Commonvrealth National Bank was appointed Guardian of the Estate
of Christine A. Roland, a minor, by Order dated May 2, 1978 entered
to No. 232 Orphans 1978.
No other Court has jurisdiction of any matter relating to this
guardianship.
The fund distributed was not subject to payment of any
inheritance tax to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The account filed is occasioned by the attaining of majority of
Christine A.. Roland on May 20, 1984.
Christine A. Roland was the only person having an interest in
the said guardianship funds.
Notice of the filing of the account have been given to
Christine A.. Roland.

No notice was given to Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association
Insurance Company because distribution occurred prior to receipt of
notice by Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company
on August 29, 1984 that they were asserting a claim for worker's
compensation benefits paid to the Guardian.
There are no questions to be adjudicated.
No share of the interest of Christine A. Roland has been
assigned or attached.
Your Petitioner, therefore, asks that distribution awarded to
the person, Christine A. Roland, as her interest appeared, be
confirmed.
