RE: Second and Final Account of the
Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian
of the Estate of David G. Roland, a Minor
Dear Judge Sheely:
The above-referenced account was presented to the Court
for confirmation on March 4, 1986. On behalf of Pennsylvania
Manufacturers Association Insurance Company we filed written
objections to the account, which I understand were presented to
you on March 4, 1986. The law firm of Cleckner & Fearen is
apparently representing the Commonwealth National Bank with
regard to this account, but it is my understanding that an
attorney did not appear for the bank when the account was called
for confirmation.
I wish to advise you that I am available upon your
request for a conference or hearing concerning our objections to
the account.
In reviewing the list of accounts called for
confirmation, I noted that a second and final account of the
Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of the Estate of Christine
A. Roland, a minor, was also presented for confirmation on
March 4, 1986. Please be advised that to the best of my
knowledge, PMA Insurance Company did not receive notice that this
account was being presented for confirmation on March 4, 1986.
Christine Roland is the sister of David G. Roland, and PMA would
have the same objections to that account that it does to David G.
Roland's account. We did not have the opportunity to file

written objections to the second and final account of the
Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of the Estate of
Christine A. Roland, a minor, because we did not receive notice
that that account was being presented for confirmation.
Accordingly, the purpose of this letter is to request that you
withhold confirmation of the second and final account of the
Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of the Estate of
Christine A. Roland, until which time we receive a copy of that
account and are given the opportunity to present written
objections.
By copy of this letter, I am advising Richard W.
Cleckner, Esquire, of the law firm of Cleckner & Fearen of our
position with regard to each of these accounts, and I am
requesting Mr. Cleckner to provide me with a copy of the second
and final account of the Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of
the Estate of Christine A. Roland, so that I am able to review
the same and prepare written objections to the account if the
same are appropriate.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
