Arman Seifert, Executrix of the Estate of DeWitt T. Gable, deceased, having been confirmed by the Court, on , 1979, IT IS HEREBY ORDEPED that the real estate hereinafter described be and the same is hereby awarded to M. Arman Seifert, her heirs and assigns. TRACT NO. 1 ALL that certain piece or parcel of land with building thereon situate in the Thirteenth Ward of the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Derry Street about two hundred twenty-eight (228) feet distance in an easterly direction from the easterly line of Twentieth Street; thence in a northerly direction at right angles to said Derry Street and through the center of a brick partition wall between this and the adjoining premises a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet to a point in Lawrence Alley, said alley now being closed; thence in an easterly direction along the southern line of said closed Lawrence Alley a distance of twenty (20) feet to a point; thence in a southerly direction at right angles with said Derry Street, one hundred fifty (150) feet to said Derry Street; thence in a westerly direction along the northern line of said Derry Street twenty (20) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. The same being Lot No. 71 of Block N, as shown on a plan of Lots laid out by Dunkle and Ewing known as "East End - Plan No.6", which plan is entered in the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book A, at Page 95. HAVING ERECTED THEREON a three-story brick apartment building known as 2024 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. TRACT NO. 2 ALL that certain piece or parcel of land with building thereon situate in the Thirteenth Ward of the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the western line of Twenty-first Street one hundred twenty-four (124) feet south from the southern line of Fairfax Street; thence westward and through the center of a partition wall between this and adjoining premises on a line parallel with Fairfax Street sixty-nine (69) feet, more or less, to Lawrence Alley; thence along Lawrence Alley eastward about sixteen (16) feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction parallel with Fairfax Street and through the center of a partition wall between this and adjoining premises fifty-three (53) feet, more or less, to Twenty-first Street; thence northward along the western line of Twenty-first Street twelve (12) feet to the place of BEGINNING. l.l'.'" .j, nc .', -.~ ~J ....0 U," iJl\ .l. ;./ Q l/oI~L 04 BEING a portion of Lot No. 61 of Block N, as shown on a plan of Lots laid out by Josiah A. Thmkle and Joseph B. Ewing, known as East End Plan No.6, which plan is recorded in the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book A, Page 65. HAVING ERECTED THEREON a two (2) story frame dwelling house, known as No. 742 South 21st Street. BEING the same two premises which DeWitt T. Gable, by his deed dated June 3, 1953 and recorded in the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "H", Volume 37, Page 214, granted and conveyed unto DeWitt T. Gable and Margaret A. Gable, his wife. The said Margaret A. Gable died on November 29, 1977, whereby DeWitt T. Gable became the sole owner. The said DeWitt T. Gable died testate on July 11, 1978 and by his Last Will and Testament duly probated and recorded in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office in Will Book 21, Page 441, provided as follows: "THIRD: I devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, together with any insurance policies thereon, to my daughter, M. ANNAN SEIFERT, provided she survives me by thirty (30) days." The said M. Annan Seifert survived the said DeWitt T. Gable by thirty (30) days. AND the Recorder of Deeds in and for Dauphin County 1S directed to record a certified copy of this Decree and index the Decree as a conveyance from the Estate of DeWitt T. Gable to M. Annan Seifert. By the Court, ~ I hereby certify that the precise address and complete post office address of M. Annan Seifert is 107 South Orchard Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
