LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
DeWITTT. GABLE
I, DeWITT T. GABLE, of the Borough of Shiremanstown, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other 1Vills and Codicils heretofore
made by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness and funeral from my estate, as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done.
SECOND: I devise my real estate at 117-117 1/2 East Main Street,
Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, including any insurance
policies thereon, to my daughter, M. .ANNAN SEIFERT, presently residing at
107 South Orchard Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and her lssue.
THIRD: I devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remaln-
der of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, together with any
insurance policies thereon, to my daughter H. ANNAN SEIFERT, provioed she
survlves me by thirty (30) days.
FOURTH: Should my daughter, M. Annan Seifert, not be living
thirty (30) days after my death, I devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
together with any insurance policies thereon, to my three sons, FRANCIS P.
GABLE, WILLIAMH. GABLE and DeWITT T. C:J\BLE, JR., or their issue, in equal
shares.
FIFTH: My Executrix shall have the following powers in addition
to those vested in her by law and by other provisions of my Will, applicable
to all property, exercisable without court approval and effective until
actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real
or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification or risk.
B. To retain and invest in all forms of property, includ-
ing stocks, without restrictions to investments authorized by Pennsylvania
fiduciaries, as is deemed proper, without regard to any principle of

C. To sell at public or private sale any real or personal
property for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as is deemed
proper.
D. To exerClse any option, right or privilege granted In
lnsurance policies or ln other investments.
E. To borrow and secure debts.
F. To lease real property without restriction as to time
and repalr, alter, improve or exchange real property.
SIXTI~: I direct that any and all inheritance, estate and transfer
taxes imposed upon my estate passing under this Will or otherwise shall be
paid out of the principal of my residuary estate.
SEVENTH: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not
be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.
EIGHTH: I nominate and appoint my daughter, ~1. ANNAT\! SEIFERT, the
Executrix of this, my Last 1~ill and Testament. Should she fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executrix, then I appoint the CO~t~ONV~TH NATIONAL BAT\!K
of Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as Executor in her stead.
I further direct that my daughter, M. Annan Seifert, shall not be required
to post bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS ~~REOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this,
