STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Joseph W. Harren, widower, died testate on June 29, 1978. He left no
issue surviving him. His Last Will and Testament, dated July 12, 1974, was
duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary thereon issued to Richard P. Corman, the
Executor named in decedent's Will, on July 12,1978.
There were two joint bank accounts which were owned by decedent and
Richard P. Corman, (decedent's nephew), as joint tenants with rights of sur-
vivorship. These assets automatically passed to the surviving joint tenant
by operation of the law, ana are not part of the probate estate.
Except for household goods valued at $127, the balance of the estate
assets have been con~erted to cash or consisted of cash.
The Will of Joseph W. Harren provided first, for the payment of decedent's
debts and funeral expenses, and then for the residue of decedent's estate to
go to Richard P. Corman provided he survived decedent by thirty (30) days.
All inheritance taxes due have been paid. All debts of decedent and
administration expenses have been paid. Richard P. Corman has survived
decedent by more than thirty (30) days.
Of the balance for distribution, $29,570.35 has been distributed in
advance to Richard P. Corman, which advance distribution will be confirmed by
the confirmation of this Account and Proposed Distribution. The principal
balance remaining of cash in the amount of $1,584.56 should be distributed to
Richard P. Corman under the terms of the decedent's Will.

Before me, the subscriber, personally appeared RICHARD P. CORMAN, who,
being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that the foregoing
Statement of Proposed Distribution in the Estate of Joseph W. Harren, late
of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, is made
according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and gives the Estate
of the said Joseph W. Harren, deceased, to the persons entitled thereto
according to the best of his knowledge, information, and belief.

making void any and all former Wills by me at any timE!
