ORDER
Upon consideration of the Stipulation entered into between
Peters & Wasilefski, Robert B. MacIntyre, Esquire and Richard W.
Cleckner, Esquire, it is hereby ordered and decreed that the Second
and Final Account filed by Commonwealth National Bank for David G.
Roland is hereby confirmed and the balance in said account shall be
distributed in accordance with the terms of said Stipulation,
$26,000.00 to Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance
Company and $1,424.94 to David G. Roland.

STIPULATION
AND NOW comes Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance
Company (I'PMA") by and through its attorneys, Peters & Wasilefski,
David G. Roland ('IRoland") by his attorney, Robert B. MacIntyre,
Esquire, and Commonwealth National Bank ("Bank") by its attorney,
Richard W. Cleckner, Esquire, and enter into the following
Stipulation:
1. The Second and Final Account of Bank for Roland is hereby
agreed to be amended to reflect a principal balance in said account
of $25,864.18 and an income balance of $1,560.76 making a total
available for distribution from said account of $27,424.94.
2. PMA agrees to accept the sum of $26,000.00 in full
satisfaction of its objections heretofore filed to the Second and
Final Account of Bank.
3. PMA also agrees that such payment shall discharge any
liability of Roland, Bank as Guardian for Roland and as
Administrator of the Estate of Robert W. Roland, Sr., and all
parties to that suit brought to No. 1356-s-1985 in the Dauphin
County Court of Common Pleas, and all others, from any claim or

4. Within ten days of receipt of payment PMA will settle and
discontinue with prejudice its action to No. 1356 above.
5. The Account filed by Bank shall be confirmed as amended,
and the balance in said account shall be distributed as follows:
(a) $26,000.00 to PMA.
(b) The sum of $1,424.94 to David G. Roland.
