Richard E. Barr died testate on June 21, 1978. He devised and
bequeathed his entire estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of
whatever sort and wherever situate, unto his daughter, Deborah Elaine
Barr, absolutely. The said Deborah Elaine Barr survived the testator.
Balance for distribution pursuant to First and Final Account $45,455.09
