DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE

~., the First and Final Account of Deborah Elaine Barr and The Common-
wealth National Bank, Co-Executors of the Estate of Richard E. Barr,
deceased, having been confirmed by the Court, on
, 1979,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the real estate hereinafter described be and
the same is hereby awarded to Deborah Elaine Barr, her heirs and assigns.
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of East Coover Street (50 feet
wide) said point being the dividing line between Lots Nos. 11 and 12,
Section "A" of the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence South
17 degrees 12 minutes East along said dividing line one hundred sixty-one
and fifty-six hundredths (161.56) feet to a point; thence North 72 degrees
48 minutes East, a distance of sixty-five (65) feet to Lot No. 13, Section
"A"; thence North 17 degrees 12 minutes West along the westerly line of
Lot No. 13, Section "A", one hundred sixty-one and fifty-six hundredths
(161.56) feet to the south side of East Coover Street; thence South
72 degrees 48 minutes West along the south side of East Coover Street
sixty-five (65) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 12, Section "A" in the Plan of Blackburn Village, as
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 5, Page
HAVING ERECTED TIIEREON a one-story brick dwelling house, known and
numbered as 306 East Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Richard E. Barr, by his deed dated
November 30, 1959 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office
in Deed Book "N", Volume 19, Page 443, granted and conveyed unto Richard E.
Barr and Marie A. Barr, his wife. The said Marie A. Barr died on July 15,

1975, whereupon Richard E. Barr became the sole owner. The said Richard E.
Barr died testate on June 21, 1978, and by his Last Will and Testament duly
probated and recorded in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office in
Will Book 21, Page 373, provided as follows:
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever sort and where-
soever situate, to my daughter, Deborah Elaine Barr, absolutely.
AND the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is directed to
record a certified copy of this Decree and index the Decree as a conveyance
from the Estate of Richard E. Barr to Deborah Elaine Barr.
