Estate of Sophie E. Yasko
I, Jon Vasko, in my capacity/relationship as Son, of the above Decedent, to be a co-
administrator of my Mother, Sophie Vasko's estate.
Please be advised at this time, however in view of pending requests to the Court
appointed guardian of the estate, Larry Shoop. CPA regarding possible inaccuracies
and/or discrepancies in the estate of Sophie Yasko and in view of the fact, that in the
instant proceeding, time is not of the essence, it is requested that the Letters of
Administration be stayed pending the requested documentation and explanation from
Larry Shoop, CPA.
I also have a pending request with the District Attorney of Cumberland co. Pa that has
been referred to CID Criminal Investigations Division relating to the estate of Sophie
Vasko.
When these issues are resolved, Mary Ann Marte and Jon Yasko will be granted Letters
of Administration and be co-administrators for our Mother, Sophie Vasko's estate.
