DOEBLER, of 524 Boston Court, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils. ITH4 I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my grave marker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. Edward G. Smith and Sallie Jo Frey are to have charge of all funeral arrangements and I direct that I be buried in my burial lot in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. ITEM II: I bequeath my 1977 blue GMC pickup truck, my insurance thereon and all rights incident to both or arising out of the ownership of both to Sallie Jo Frey. ITEM III: I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my three sons equally. I further direct that my personal jewelry should be divided among them by my Executor with due regard for their personal preferences in as nearly equal shares as practical. Any such division or distribution by my Executor shall be at his sole discretion and shall be final. ITH1 IV: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be. paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM V: I appoint Edward G. Smith Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that my Executor shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties in this or any other jurisdiction. .
