The l)eti tion of Hary L. Doebler respectfully represents:
1. That your petitioner is the widow of Ralph Doebler who
died Hay 19, 1978, a resident of Cunberland County.
2. That the decedent and petitioner were married at
Turbotville, Pennsylvania, on April 14, 1956.
3. That the decedent left a will duly probated in the
office of the Register of ,rills of Cumberland.
4. That letters testamentary were granted to Zd 3mith by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County and notice of the )resenta-
tion of this yetition has been given to the attorney for the
executor - Ronald E. JOhnson, Zsquire.
5. '1'he peti tioner claims $2000.00 in money now in the hands
of the executor as her widow's exemption under Section 3121 of the
?robate, Bstates and Fiduciaries Code.
'SI'E~RZFORE, peti tioner prays that the sum of $2000.00 be set
al:Jart to her as aforesaid.
