CITATION
WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before
the Honorable Judges of the Common Pleas Court, Orphans'
Court Division at a session of the said Court there to be
held, for the Cmmty of Cumbe:d. an d to show cause why
she should not be adjudged an incompetent and a guardian
of the estate appointed; and that a hearing on said Petition
and Citation shall be held in the Cumberl.. and Cmnty Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on Friday, the 6th day of October,
1978, at 10:30 A.M., in Court Room No.2.
At least ten (10) days notice of said he~ing shall be
given to Delores Jean Hartman, the alleged incompetent, by
personal service of the Citation issued as aforesaid and
a copy of the foregoing Petition and at least ten (10)
days notice of said hearing shall be given to the next
of kin of said alleged incompetent by personal service
or by certified United States mail.
