CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, October 6, 1978, after hearing, and upon
consideration of the testimony of Dro Stephen Bo Coslett,
a clinical psychologist, the court finds that Delores Jean
Hartman is an incompetent within the meaning of 95501 of
the Pennsylvania Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code,
20 PA C.SoA. 5501, and Harvey Fo Hartman and Mrs. Annie C.
Finkenbinder are appointed guardians of her estate.
Pursuant to ~5536 of said act) the guardians are
authorized to expend principal from the estate of the
incompetent for the following purposes:
(1) To pay for the future care and maintenance of
Delores Jean Hartman at a foster home or other institution~
(2) To pay for the costs of this proceeding including
the fees of Dro Stephen B. Coslett and Ruby Weeks, Esquire.
Pursuant to 95537 of said act, said guardians are
authorized to retain or set aside the sum of $600.00 from
the assets of said incompetent for the anticipated funeral
expenses 0

Because of the limited assets of the incompetent,
no bond is required of the guardianso
