PETITION TO SUBSTITUTE GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
1. By Order of Court of the Honorable Harold E. Sheely dated October 6,

4. Petitioner Harvey F. Hartman, who resides at 82 Arnold Road, Enola, is
the remaining guardian and has a heart condition, which adversely affects his health.
He has actively handled all financial matters for Delores, hopes to continue to do so,
but is concerned that possible future health problems might impede his ability to
perform his duties.
5. Kenneth E. Hartman, Sr., who resides at 115 N. Arch Street,
1v1echanicsburg, is the brother of the incompetent Delores Jean Hartman and has no
interest adverse to Delores Jean Hartman.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray this Honorable Court to enter an order
relieving Annie C. Finkenbinder from her duties as guardian of the estate of Delores
(Jean Hartman and appointing Kenneth E. Hartman, Sr. as guardian, while
