TESTAMENT OF THE SAID DECEDENT:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, GRAZIA SCARCHELLO, ALSO KNOWN
AS MARY SCARCHELLO, ALSO KNOWN AS MARIA GRACE SCARCHELLO, Widow
of the said Nichola Scarchello, a/k/a Nick Scarchello, a/k/a
Nick Scachello, do hereby claim my elective share of the
property of the Decedent to the extent I have the right to do
so under Chapter 22 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code.

of Pennsylvania, personally appeared the above-named Grazia
Scarchello, also known as Mary Scarchello, also known as
Maria Grace Scarchello, widow of Nicola Scarchello, a/k/a
Nick Scarchello, a/k/a Nick Scachello, Deceased, and, ln due
form of law, acknowledged the said Notice of Election to be
her act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned, and desire
that the same might be recorded as such.
