LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOSEPH P. LOMBARDO
I, JOSEPH P. LOMBARDO, of Susquehanna Township, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do hereby make, publish and declare this as my Last Will and Testa-
ment, revoking hereby any prior Wills and Codicils.
FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and
funeral shall be paid from my estate.
1. I direct my Executrix to payout of my estate the
cost of the perpetual care and maintenance of the burial plot in which
I shall be buried, should arrangements for same not have been con-
cluded and paid for prior to my death, and also the cost of an appro::","
priate tombstone.
SECOND: I give and bequeath any automobiles, any household
and personal effects and other tangible personal property of like
nature, together with any insurance thereon, to my wife, LAURETTA
LOMBARDO, providing she survives me by seven (7) days.

1. Should my wife, LAURETTA LOMBARDO, predecease me
or not survive me by seven (7) days, I give and bequeath all such
tabgible personal property, together with any insurance thereon, to
my children, PATRICIA BOALS and E. BRIAN CHERNECKE.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my wife, LAURETTA LOMBARDO, providing she survives me
by six (6) months.
1. In the event that my wife, LAURETTA LOMBARDO,
predeceases me or does not survive me by six (6) months, I give
the resfdue of my estate to my children, PATRICIA BOALS and E. BRIAN
CHERNECKE, and, if either one of them should not so survive me with-
out leaving issue surviving, his or her share shall pass to the other,
and if either one of them should not so survive me leaving issue sur-
viving me, his or her share shall pass to his or her issue then sur-
viving.
FOURTH: The interests of the beneficiaries under this my
Will shall not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involun-
tary alienation.

FIFTH: All Federal, State and other death taxes that may
be assessed because of my death, with respect to the property forming
my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this my
Will, shall be paid from the principal of my residuary estate.

SIXTH: I appoint NATIONAL CENTRAL BANK, its sUccessors
or assigns, Testamentary Guardian of any property which passes,
either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor, and with respect
to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian by Will.

principal as well as income for the minor's maintenance, education,
comfort or emergency need, and the receipt of any person selected by
my Testamentary Guardian to disburse such principal and income shall
be a sufficient acquittance therefor.
SEVENTH: In addition to powers granted by law, my Executrix
and my Tes tamentary Guardian shall have power to compromise claims
and controversies; to sell at public or private sale, to exchange
or to lease for any period of time any real or personal property
for such prices and upon such terms as may be proper, and to give
options for such sales, exchanges or leases; to accept in kind,
retain, invest in and reinvest in any form of property, including
the capital stock of my corporate fiduciary, without being limited
to legal investments and without regard to any principle, diversi-
fication, risk or productivity, and to exercise all rights of owner-
ship; and to make distribution in cash or in kind, to postpone dis-
tribution by agreement with a beneficiary, and to distribute articles
of tangible personal property to a minor or to any person to hold for
a minor.

EIGHTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
LAURETTA LOMBARDO, Executrix under this my Will.
1. If my wife, LAURETTA LOMBARDO, fails to serve or
to continue to serve as Executrix, I designate and appoint NATIONAL
CENTRAL BANK, as substitute of SUccessor Executor.
NINTH: No fiduciary appointed under this my Will shall be
required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction in which such fiduciary
may act, but, if bond is nevertheless required, it shall be without
surety.
