vania, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that he. served the
Petition, Preliminary Order of Court and Citation in these proceedings upon
Ethel W. Brandt, the alleged incompetent in these proceedings; by handing to
her personally a true and attested copy thereof and calling her attention to
the contents ,therein, on l"r;i.day ,'January 12, 1979, at 10: 05 0' clock A.M., in
Room C-9 of the Leader Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 1070 Stouffer Avenue,
Chambersburg,Pennsylvania, in the presence of Warren L. Grasse, Administrator
