The Petition of Helen Z. Wright respectfully represents that:

1. Your Petitioner, Helen Z. Wright, is an adult individual residing
at 2522H Celanese Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina, 29730.
2. Your Petitioner is the widQW of the above named decedent.
3. The decedent, J. William Wright, died on May 11, 1977 at
New Cumberland, Pa., at the age of 67 years, a legal resident of 100 Poplar
Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

4. At the time of the decedent's death, your petitioner and the
decedent lived together as husband and wife at 100 Poplar Avenue, New Cumber-
land, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

5. The decedent died leaving a will dated October 25, 1976,
by which ,he devised and bequeathed all.Clf his estate to your petitioner.

The will has never been probated but the original is attached to this petition.

6. The dece~nt had no probate esta1!e other than five shares of
common stock otAyaconda 9pmpany. A: cOl?Y" of the stock certificate numbered
IIN0467487 is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The total value of the five shares
of stock, as of the date of the decedent's death was $175.94.

7. The next of kin of the decedent and their relationship to him

8. There are no creditors of the decedent and there are no unpaid
claims against the estate.
9. The estate has been appraised as insolvent for purposes of the
Pennsylvania inheritance tax by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
J. WILLIAM WRIGHT
I, J. WILLIAM WRIGlIT, of the Borough of New Cumber-
land, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously
made by me.
ITEM I:
I devise and bequeath all of my estate,
of every nature and wherever situate, to my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT,
if she survives me by thirty days.
ITEM II:
Should my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT, pre-
decease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every nature
and wherever situate, to my daughter, GRETCHEN H. GANTZER, if she
survives me by thirty days. Should both my said wife and my said
daughter predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day follo -
ing my death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
ill,
nature and wherever situate, to the issue of my daughter, GRETCHEN
H. GANTZER, per stirpes, living on the thirty-first day following
my death.
ITEM III:
I appoint my daughter, GRETCHEN H.
GANTZ!R, Guardian of any property which passes either under this
will or otherwise to a minor and with respect to which I am autho+
ized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically
done so, provided that this appointment of a guardian shall not
supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distrib e

ITEM IV:
I direct that all taxes that may be
assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by
whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate
ITEM V:
I appoint my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT,
Executrix of this my last will. Should my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT,
fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughte ,
GRETCHEN H. GANTZER, Executrix of this my last will. Should both
my said wife and my said daughter fail to qualify or cease to act
as executrix, I appoint my son-in-law, JOHN J. GANTZER, Executor
of this my last will.
ITEM VI:
I direct that my Executrix or Guardian,
or their successors, shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
