and says that he is an attorney having his office at Ten West
High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that he is admitted to
practice in the Courts of Cumberland County; that he served the
citation on the tax appeal in the above .atter together with a
copy of the petition and order of court issued thereon on Robert
A. Gi1.ore, Board of Appeals, Pennsylvania Depart.ent of Revenue,
P.O. Box 1874, Harrisburg, Pa., 17105 and on Robert L. Schrift,
Inheritance Tax Control, Pennsylvania Depart.ent of Revenue,
P.O. Box 2970, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17105 on Nove.ber~,
1979 by certified mail, return receipt requested and that sa.e
were received as evidenced by return receipt cards' attached hereto;
and further that he served copies of said citation, petition and
order on Lester P. Rupp, R. D. 7, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Paul
Rupp and Paul Rupp as Guardian ad Lite. for Robert Rupp on
