Sam Germinaro asked that I forward the following items to you regarding the above estate:
1. Copies of the Cover Letters, Return Receipts and Distribution checks that were mailed
out to Michele L. Casey and Colleen Casey.
2. Detailed listing of the Income and Expenses of the Estate run through the Citizen's Bank
checking account
3. Reconciliation of the checking account balance to the amount of distribution checks sent
to the beneficiaries.
