consideration of the within Petition and upon motion of Robert M. Frey,
Esquire, Attorney for Petitioner, it is ordered and decreed that separate
sums of $ 5, 000.00 be deposited in separate sequestered accounts with
Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company in the names of Lorena 30 Delp
and Charles Daniel Delp; Provided that there shall be no withdrawals from
the respective said accounts until the named minor child shall attain his or
her majority, except as authorized by prior Order of Court; and Provided,
further, that the aforesaid express restriction be noted on the accounts and
that evidence thereof be filed with the Court within I" days of the date
of deposit.

PETITION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF SEQUESTEREDACCOUNT
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGE S OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of RENA G. ROBINSON, by her Attorney, Robert M.
Frey, Esquire, respectfully represents as follows:
1.
Petitioner, Rena G. Robinson, is an adult individual who resides
at 1946 B Fry Loop, Carlisle, (North Middleton Township), Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
2.
Petitioner is the natural mother of LORENA JO DELP, born September
3, 1964, and CHARLES DANIEL DELP, born March 1, 1966, said minor
children being resident with their mother at the aforesaid address.
3.
The natural father of said minor children was Charles H. Delp who
died on February 4, 1978, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4.
Life insurance proceeds upon a policy with Servicemen1s Group Life
Insurance upon the life of the said Charles H. Delp are payable to the aforesaid
minor children in the amounts of $5,000.00 each.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that pursuant to Section 5103 of the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, the aforesaid sum be deposited in
separate sequestered accounts with Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company
in the names of said minor children; Provided that there shall be no with-
drawal from the respective said accounts until the named minor child attains
his or her majority, except as authorized by a prior Order of Court.
