of P.O. BOX 5561, STATE LINE, NEVADA ~Y~,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, INC.
of 15 CENTRAL BLVD. CAMP HILL Pennsylvania·
for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
and commonly known as Lot 51, Pellingham Circle, Township Hampden, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated January 5, 2004, recorded at
Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND
County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW. January 5, 2004 ~: . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner

to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along
Pellingham Circle at the easterly intersection of Shireton Place and Pellingham
Circle, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the /ntersection of the easterly fight-of-way line of
Pellingham Circle (50 feet wide) with the line of division betwecm Lot 50 and Lot
51; extending (1) thence along Lot 50, North 82006'05" East, 200.00 feet; extending
(2) thence along Lot 64B, South 16°25'48'' East, 133.93 feet; extending (3) thence
along the same, South 57°50'31' West, 200.00 feet to the easterly right-of-way line
of Pellingham Circle (50 feet wide); extending (4) thence along said right-of-way
line by a curve to the right, having a radius of 425.00 feet, an arc distance of 179.95
feet, and a chord bearing and distance of North 20°01'42' West, 178.61 feet;
extending (5) thence along the same, North 07°53'55'' West, 40.00 feet to the place
of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.832 Acres.
BEING Lot No. 51 as shown on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for
Phase 1, Wentworth Estates" Dated 11/20/2002, last revised 4/11/2003, Job
Number 1001-846, prepared by LSC Design, Inc., York, PA and recorded in
Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 87, Page 50.
