ALL'THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cmnberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully botmded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, twenty-five
feet (25') from the centerline of the same and being a front property corner of Lot 16; thence along said
Lot 16, North 40 degrees 10 minutes 29 seconds east (N 40°10'29"E) a distance of 125.00 feet to a point,
said point being a comer Lot 131; thence along said Lot 131, south 40 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds east
(S 40%7' 40"E) a distance of 133.19 feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lo~t 14, said point als. o
being on the westerly right~of-way line of Good Hope Road; thence along said Lot 14, south 65 degrees
