I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, and any and all taxes and assessments imposed by any governmental body as a result of my death, whether on property passing under this will or otherwise, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
