CHRISTIANA J. DAVIS,
Defendant : IN CUSTODY
COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
NOW COMES the plaintiff, Brice E. Bridge, by his attorney, Stacy B. Wolf, Esquire, and
presents the following complaint for custody, representing as follows:
1. The plaintiff is Brice E. Bridge, the natural father of the child who is the subject of this
action (hereinafter referred to as "Father"), an adult individual residing at 1226 Claremont Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17015.
2. The defendant is Christiana J. Davis, the natural mother of the child who is the subject of
this action (hereinafter referred to as "Mother"), an adult individual residing at 303B North Pitt Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
3. Plaintiff Father seeks equal shared physical custody of the following child:
1
Kilee G. Bridge
303B North Pitt Street
Carlisle, PA 17013
4. Mother and Father are the natural parents of the child.
Age
2 years
D.O.B. 2/5/2006
5. The child is presently in the custody of Mother but has resided with the following parties for
the following specified periods:
a. With Mother and Father between the child's birth and September, 2007 when
Mother and Father separated.
b. With Mother approximately one-half of every week and with Father approximately
one-half of every week between September, 2007 until mid-January, 2008 when
Mother began denying Father shared custody.
6. The parties were never married.
7. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation
concerning the custody of the child in this or another court.
8. Plaintiff has no reliable information of any other custody proceeding concerning the child
pending in a court of this Commonwealth or any other state.
9. Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody
of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
10. The best interests and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the relief
requested herein because Father and Mother have shared physical custody of the child since the parties'
separation and because Mother has indicated that she will withhold custody from Father, not allowing
Father to continue to share physical custody.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Brice E. Bridge, respectfully requests that this Honorable Court
enter an order granting shared physical custody on an equal basis with Mother, Christiana J. Davis, and
shared legal custody of the child to him.
Respectfully submitted,

to work, at which time he shall return the child to the mother or to childcare.
2. Father's overnight custody during the week is temporarily terminated because father's work
schedule is such that he is working on second shift.
3. The parties shall meet again for another Custody Conciliation Conference on Friday, May 2,
2014, at 8:30 a.m. At that Conference, the parties will explore what the schedule will be for
the upcoming summer. Mother is directed to notify father with respect to any tutoring or
schooling the child must attend during the summer months. It would be anticipated that
father's time over the summer months may be expanded to give him time during the day
when he is off work, subject to the child's school schedule that may be needed because of her
grades.
4. In all other respects, the April 28, 2008, Order of Court shall remain in place.
No party shall be permitted to relocate the residence of the child where said relocation will
significantly impair the ability to exercise custody unless every individual who has custodial
rights to the child consents to the proposed relocation or the court approves the proposed
relocation. Any party proposing to relocate MUST comply with 23 Pa. C.S. § 5337.
