WHEREAS, Christian M. Reedy and Melinda M. Reedy of 29 Hazelwood Path,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
Claypool Building, Inc. of 375 North Middlesex Road, Carlisle, PA, for the erection of a
building upon premises commonly known as 3420 Canyon Creek, Township Lower Allen,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 01/04/82, recorded at Book
X-29, Page 53 (part of), in the Recorder's Office for Cu111perland County, Pennsylvania, as
more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, February 8, 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows. bo wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the bulb of the cui-de-sac of Canyon Creek, said point being
the northeast corner of Lot A~30 and labeled as Point of Beginning on the attached plat; thence
along the southern property line of Lot #31 South 68 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds East, a
distance of 148.36 feet to a point; thence along the western property line of Lot "A" South 04
degrees 54 minutes 31 seconds East, a distance of 5.39 feet to a point; thence along the
northern property line of said Lot ~A" South 56 degrees 52 minutes 12 seconds West, a
distance of 192.80 feet to a point; thence along the eastern property line of Lot X29 North 11
degrees 15 minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 127.44 feet to a point on the southern line
of Canyon Creek; thence along the southern line pf Canyon Creek along a curve to the left
having the radius of 65.00 feet and the length of 65.00 feet to a point, the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
