BAKER, of the Township of ~est Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under- standing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses, and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: If I should own same at the time of my death, I hereby give, devise and bequeath my farm and all farming equipment situate in Lower Frankford ~ro\^lnship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, containing four (l+) tracts with a total of approximately 184 Acres, to my son, Edward D. Baker, Jr., his heirs and assigns forever. If my son should predecease me, I hereby order and direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell said farm at public or private sale, whichever in its opinion it deems to be in the best interests of my estate and to distribute the net proceeds derived from said sale to the children of my deceased son living at the time of my death. If any of the said children have not attained the age of twenty-one (21) years of age at such time, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be his or her guardian until said age is attained at which time the principal shall be delivered to him or her absolutely and outright. The guardian shall invest the proceeds of said sale in good and safe securities ,and apply the net income derived therefrom for the support, maintenance, health, education and general vJelfare of said minor or minor~, and the guardian may also use the principal for the education of a minor, but no more of the principal -?~/ vS- tJ(;kL -1- 82 . t; .. '. shall be used for anyone minor than his or her proportionate share thereof. THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my interest in the property situate at 21 South Spring Garden Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to my sister, M. Jeannetta Baker, or her heirs and assigns. FOURTH: I order and direct my Executor hereinafter named to convert all of my remaining estate, real, personal or mixed, into cash, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, either at public or private sale, whichever in the opinion of my Executor shall be deemed to be in the best interests of my estate, and to add the net proceeds derived from said sale or sales to my residuary estate. FIFTH: All the rest, residue and reaminder of my estate, be it real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my five (5) children, their heirs and assigns forever. If any of my said children predecease me leaving issue him or her surviving, I hereby give, devise and bequeath the deceased child's share to his or her children, per stirpes; and if any child should die without children surviving, his or her share shall be divided equally between my other children, or the children of a deceased child, per stirpes. SIXTH: If any individual entitled to any share under the preceding paragraph and have not attained the age of twenty-one (21) years of age, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania to be his or her guardian until such age is attained at which time the principal shall be delivered to him or her absolutely and outright.
