Estate of Thomas G. Kanganis, Deceased
The petition of the undersigned respectfully represents that:
Your Petitioner is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is one of the two Co-Executors named
in the Last Will of the above named decedent, dated September 12, 2000, which Last Will also named
Charles Thomas Kanganis as a Co-Executor. The aforementioned instrument was admitted to probate as
the Last Will of Thomas G. Kanganis, and Letters Testamentary were granted to George Thomas
Kanganis and Charles Thomas Kanganis on February 4, 2008. The said Charles Thomas Kanganis has
renounced his right to Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of the above named decedent by his
Renunciation dated February 6, 2008 and is attached to this Petition.
Decedent was domiciled at death in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with his last family or principal
residence at 417 Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
Decedent, then 77 years of age, died on January 29, 2007 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania.
Decedent did not marry, was not divorced and did not have children born or adopted after execution of
the Will offered for probate, was not the victim of a killing and was never adjudicated incompetent.
Decedent owned property with estimated values as follows:
All personal property
$700,000.00
Value of Real Estate situated as follows:

Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the above mentioned Lett~-1estamentary,
which were granted February 4, 2008, be amended so that the grant of Letters shall be to George Tti9kas
Kanganis as sole Executor.
