11, 2009, he attempted to serve a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Christy Wolfe aka Christy Hay at 611 mallard Road, Apt. 1B, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. At that time it was learned that the defendant had filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. This
was verified and a copy of the Notice of Bankruptcy filing was obtained from her attorney.
04/14/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED - defendant entered into Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
