NOTE: The foregoing oath sh~l be administered by some person authorized to administer
oaths.
The oaths of STATE OFFICERS, JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT and JUDGES
OF THE SUPERIOR AND COMMONWEALTH COURTS shall be fded in the office of the
Secretary of the Commonwealth.
The oaths of other judicial and county officers shall be filed with the Prothonotary of the
county in which the oath is taken.
