DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of February, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Cameron M. Dunn, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the
Last Wi 11 and Testament which is dated October 16, 1998, and containing certain alterations and
interlineations thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official
determination regarding those alterations and interlineations and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
Juanita R. Dunn as follows:
1. Excluded are the words "Helen Catherine Kelly" and "event Helen Catherine Kelly
predeceases me, her share shall go to her son, Patrick Kelly" from Page 1, Paragraph IV due
to the interlineations.
2. Excluded are the words "Financial Trust Company" from Page 1, Paragraph V. due to the
i nterlineations.
3. The handwritten modification to Page 1, Paragraph IV is not admitted to probate, as it is not
initialed by the testator.
4. All other pages and paragraphs are admitted as originally written.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Cameron M. Dunn
this cl~t~. Camerol) M. Dunn shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Penns)hvania ~nd shall proceed with the administration ofthis estate according to law.
