Matthew Bolich personally appeared before me a Notary Public in and for
said County and State. Matthew Bolich, who being duly sworn according
to law, doth depose and say that he is the Advertising Director of The
Sentinel, a daily newspaper of general circulation, established in 1903,
and published every week day at 352 Sixth Street, Lewistown,
Pennsylvania; that the advertisement, was inserted in the regular issue of
said publication, January 19, January 26 and February 2, 2008 and the
affiant has no interest in the subject matter of said advertisement, and
that all facts set forth in this statement are true and correct.

You will recall that I represent Samuel L. Zeeman who is attempting to have letters ofJ:-
testamentary issued to him in the above referenced estate. a
Pursuant to the Citation issued December 11, 2007, I have enclosed Proofs of Publication
from the three newspapers of general circulation evidencing advertising for three
consecutive weeks in Juniata and Columbia Counties, the counties of the last known
addresses of the persons we are attempting to notify.
As you will recall, there are no legal journals published in either Juniata County or
Columbia County
Please grant letters of testamentary in the Estate of Gary M. Arnold, to Samuel L. Zeman
at your first opportunity.
