Before me, a Notary Public, in and for the county aforesaid, personally
appeared Donna K. Swartz, who being duly sworn according to law, doth
depose and swear that she is the Editor of The Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, published weekly at Port Royal, Juniata County, Pennsylvania;
and that said business was established in May, 1876; that the notice of which
the annexed clipping from one of said newspapers, is a copy that was printed

editions and issues of said newspaper on the following dates
