WHEREAS SHAWN M. MOYER AND R;HONDA S . FERNENGEL entered into a contract with
SHAWN M. MOYER AND RHONDA S. FERNENGEL ,
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOtTTHAM~TON TOWNSHIP _.
c IMBERLAND _ County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. Dated and intended to be
recorded preceding the recording of this stipulation to Shawn M. Moyer and Rhonda S. Fernengel.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the right of way line of Pike Court at corner of Lot No. 19 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 19, South 86 degrees
Harold E. Hinkle; thence by said land now or formerly of Harold E. Hinkle, South 38
degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds West, 265.00 feet to a point at corner of Lot No. 21 on the
hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 21, North 07 degrees 50
minutes 04 seconds West, 160.68 feet to a point on the cul-de-sac of Pike Court; thence
in and along the right of way line of Pike Court, by a curve to the left on a circle having a
radius of 60.00 feet, for an arc distance of 82.53 feet, the chord of which is North 42
degrees 45 minutes 43 seconds East, 76.17 feet to a point on the right of way line of Pike
Court, the place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION was taken from a final subdivision plan for North
Middle Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, PLS, which plan is recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 91,
Page 61. The above described lot is identified as Lot No. 20 on said Plan.
