entered into a contract with

to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of

CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that certain tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of Pike court at the southeast
corner of Lot No. 17 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot
No. 17, North 7 degrees 34 minutes 04 seconds East, 158.44 feet to an existing iron pin at
corner of land now or formerly of Jeanne M. Smith; thence by said land now or formerly
of Jeanne M. Smith, North 82 degrees 06 minutes 22 seconds East, 167.14 feet to a point
at the northwest corner of Lot No. 19 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan;
thence by said Lot No. 19, South 28 degrees 40 minutes 26 second West, 162.12 feet to a
point on the cul-de-sac for Pike Court; thence in and along the right of way line of Pike
Court, by a curve to the left on a circle having a radius of 60.00 feet, for an arc distance
of 95.28 feet, the chord of which is South 73 degrees 10 minutes 49 seconds West, 85.58
feet to a point; thence in and along the same, by a curve to the right on a circle having a
radius of 25.00 feet, for an arc distance of 30.17 feet, the chord of which is South 62
degrees 15 minutes 21 seconds West, 28.37 feet to a point; thence in and along the same,
North 82 degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds West, 1.62 feet to a point on the northern right
of way line of Pike Court, the place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle
Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, PLS., which plan is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 91, Page
61. The above described lot is identified as Lot No. 18 on said Plan.
