Miller and Maribel Miller ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 6015 Eberly Drive Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-18-1321 Parcel No.: 004 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from March 1, 2007 through January 1, 2008. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $616.89 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning March 1, 2007 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
