WHEREAS, WILLIAM K. LAIRD , SR. of Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with MILLER
& NORFORD, INC. of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, for improvements to be done on the
ATTACHED EXHIBIT `A'
Now, , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the
said CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate, together with the buildings and
improvements erected thereon, in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as described according to that certain Final Subdivision Plan of a 6.6521 acre
tract of land prepared by John W Clark, P.L.S., last revised December 27, 1995, and recorded
in Cumberland County Plan Book 71, Page 114, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastem right-of-way line of Tenth Street, a sixty foot (60') right-
of-way, said point located at the southern comer of Lot No. 2 as shown on the aforesaid plan;
thence along Lot No. 2, North 42 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 235.21
feet to a point; thence continuing along Lot No. 2 and following a chain link fence, North 44
degrees 27 minutes West a distance of 60.88 feet to a point on the southern line of lands now
or formerly of Reading Railroad; thence along said lands of Reading Railroad North 74
degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 303.38 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin
being on the western boundary line of lands now or formerly of Sico Company; thence along
said lands of Sico, South 33 degrees 35 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 483.59 feet to
an Iron pin set, said iron pin being on the northern right-of-way line of Ayers Street, a fifty foot
(50') right-of-way; thence along Ayers Street, South 53 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 390.99 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being on the eastem right-of-way line
of Tenth Street; thence along Tenth Street North 47 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 494.71 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
Subject to any restrictions, easements and/or adverses that pertain to this property
