upon consideration of the Petition for Appointment of

Guardian in the above-captioned matter, and pursuant to an
agreement of counsel in the persons of Harold S. Irwin, III,
Esquire, on behalf of Petitioners Lisa Christopher and
Charles Y. Petty, Jr., Lorin A. Snyder, Esquire,
court-appointed counsel for Betty M. Petty, the
allegedly-incapacitated person, and Nathan C. Wolf, Esquire,
counsel for Joslyn Brock and Charlotte Brock, reported to
the Court in chambers, the further hearing in this matter
scheduled for today's date lS continued generally based upon
the representation of counsel that this matter may be
resolved with the entry of a stipulated order.
