AND NOW, February 2. t'J , 2008, in consideration of the petition attached
hereto, satisfactory proofhave-been presented to me,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Letters Testamentary which were granted February
4, 2008 upon the Estate of the named decedent, to Charles Thomas Kanganis and George
Thomas Kanganis, as Co-Executors, are hereby amended as follows:
Letters Testamentary shall be granted to George Thomas Kanganis, as sole Executor.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining short certificate which were previously
issued upon the Estate of the above named decedent shall be returned to the Register of Wills.
