herewith, a contract, with Excaliber Homes of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 400 +/- sgff addition to be built onto the
existing house situated at 1040 Dogwood Lane., Enola, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, owned by Owner.
V Ow, February 29, 2008 it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land for any
labor, or materials purchased by any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived, except those rights of the contractor as outlined in the contract
documents signed by i3ob & Sue Mitchem and by F.xcaifber Homes.
