Dear Judge Oler:
My letter of November 13, 2007 requested an Order extending the time for
the me to file the Auditor's report to February 29, 2008. That order was entered
on November 15, 2008. The February 29, 2008 date was suggested based upon
an expected schedule for the completion of the transcript. The court reporter
was unable to meet that schedule, but, nevertheless, I received briefs from the
parties within the last several weeks. However, I now find myself ill and so
respectfully request an extension of the time to file my report until March 14,
2008. Given the short extension requested, and the fact that I had indicated in a
letter all counsel dated January 10th that an extension might be required, I have
not contacted the parties to obtain concurrence, but will do so if necessary.
A proposed Order is included for your consideration.
