I am sending the enclosed check to pay the interest due on the estate of 1')
Charles H. Leinenkugel. The estate was settled and closed last year but the
bank located an IRA account that had not been disbursed. As per the phone
conversation with the Inheritance Tax office today, I am sending a check
from the estate for $45.87 to cover the interest due on the additional funds.
On FebnIary 19, 2008 I filed an amended form and paid $498.76 additional
tax, $15 filing fee, and $15 additional probate fee.
The rest of the funds will now be disbursed and the account will be closed.
