AND NOW, this 10th day of March, 2008, this matter
having been called for a hearing this date, and John Smith (a
pseudonym for the inmate named in the petition) being willing
for the Court to enter an order authorizing Corrections Officer
John Doe (a pseudonym for the corrections officer named in the
petition) and his medical provider, Concentra, to receive any
information in his medical file under the control of the
Department of Corrections limited to (1) any HIV test results,
either positive or negative, or (2) any other information as to
any other contagious diseases he may have that could have been
transmitted during an incident regarding Corrections Officer
John Doe, the petition is granted. The information shall be
disclosed.
