STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~G~' day of ~c,~~-r.~-~-L,,.}}~~'''''' 2008, by
and between ROLAND BUILDER, INC. hereinafter 'feferred to as
Contractor,
AND
CLARK K. STECHER, JR. AND CHERYL L. STECHER, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a single family dwelling
situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and
more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof known as Lot 54 Pellingham Circle, Wentworth
Estates, Enola, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Pellingham Circle and being
approximately 500 feet southeast of the intersection of Eaglesmoor Lane and Pellingham
Circle, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Pellingham Circle (50
feet wide) with the line of division between Lot 53 and Lot 54, extending (1) thence along
Lot 53, North 12° 30' 46" West, 200.00 feet; extending (2) thence along Lot 64B, North 77°
29' 14" East, 180.00 feet; extending (3) thence along the same, South 12° 30' 46" East,
200.00 feet to the northerly right of way line of Pellingham Circle (50 feet wide); extending
(4) thence along said northerly right of way line, South 77° 29' 14" West, 180.00 feet to the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 54 as s hown on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision P lan for P hase I,
Wentworth Estates" dated 11/20/2002, last revised 4/11/2003, Job Number 1001-846,
prepared by LSC Design, Inc., York, PA and recorded in Cumberland County Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 87, Page 50.
