COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes the plaintiff, A. Craig LeCrone, by and through his counsel, Keefer
Wood Allen & Rahal, LLP, and files this Complaint against defendant, Tyler Bowser, averring as
follows:
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff, A. Craig LeCrone, is an adult individual residing at 912 Blair Street,
Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pennsylvania 16648.
2. Defendant, Tyler Bowser, is an adult individual residing at 1011 Apache Trail,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055-5902.
VENUE
3. Venue is proper in this matter in accordance with Pa. R. Civ. P. 1006(a)(1) in that
Defendant resides and may be served in Cumberland County.
FACTS
4. On or about August 22, 2006, Defendant entered into a Loan Agreement with
Plaintiff, whereby he borrowed $30,000 from Plaintiff. The loan consisted of $20,000 to pay the
franchise fee on the Chambersburg Best Way Pizza and $10,000 for a personal loan. A true and
correct copy of the Loan Agreement dated August 22, 2006, is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by reference.
5. The interest rate on the loan was 6% on the unpaid principal. A true and correct
copy of the amortization schedule for the $30,000 loan, plus interest, is attached hereto as
Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
6. On or about October 2, 2006, Defendant entered into an another Loan Agreement
with Plaintiff to borrow an additional $10,000 for a personal loan, for a total loan amount of
$40,000. A true and correct copy of the Loan Agreement dated October 31, 2006, is attached
hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference.
7. A true and correct copy of the amortization schedule for the $40,000 loan is
attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference.
8. Under the October 2, 2006 Loan Agreement, Defendant was to make thirty-six
(36) consecutive monthly payments of $1,189.95 beginning on November 1, 2006, as shown on
Exhibit D.

9. Defendant made the required monthly payments until December 2007, at which
time he ceased making payments, leaving a balance still due under the Loan Agreements of
$24,731.80, plus interest at 6% per annum from December 1, 2007, until paid in full.
COUNTI
BREACH OF CONTRACT
10. Paragraphs 1 through 9 above are incorporated here by reference as if set forth in
full.
11. Under the October 2, 2006 Loan Agreement, Defendant agreed to make monthly
payments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement and the
amortization schedule.
12. Despite repeated demands, Defendant has failed and refused to make the
payments as required or to pay this loan in full.
13. Defendant's failure to pay the monies due under the October 2, 2006 Loan
Agreement when due has damaged Plaintiff in the amount of $24,731.80, plus accrued interest.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter judgment
in its favor and against Defendant in the amount of $24,731.80, plus interest at 6% from
December 1, 2007, through payment in full, and grant such other relief as it deems fair and just.

1. FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Tyler Bowser promises to pay A. Craig LeCrone at 912 Blair
Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, the principal sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00), with Six Percent (6%) interest payable on the unpaid principal.
2. This note will be repaid in full within 30 full consecutive months, the first payment of
which is due on October 1, 2006.
