Petition for Settlement of Small Estate filed with the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County and on account of the family exemption, it is hereby ordered that transfer ofthe forty-
five (45) shares of Met Life titled to Betty K. McQuaid who died on November 20,2007, be
made to the decedent's daughter, Elizabeth M. McQuaid.
AND the said Elizabeth M. McQuaid is authorized to execute the necessary paperwork
therefore on behalf of the estate.
