The oaths of STATE OFFICERS, JUSTICES OF THE SUPREM~ COURT and
OF THE SUPERIOR AND COMMONWEALTH COURTS shah be filed in the office of the
Secretary of the Commonwealth.
The oaths of other judicial and county officers shall he filed with the Prothonotary of the
countT in which the oath is t~ken.
